You’ve Watched Them Grow - Now Taste the Cast

These are the Skinks, my Australian White lambs you’ve watched grow. We aim for our quarters to dress out at 9-14kg giving you around 7-11kg of lamb - give or take (this is really food, not packaged shit, so I can’t guarantee it down to the gram).

  • Micro-Marbling and Low Melting Point, 28°C – 35°C / 82.4°F – 95°F

  • Naturally High Omega 3s, 3 x Higher then standard lamb

Your half lamb will be cut up into:

  • Cutlets
  • Loin Chops
  • BBQ Chops
  • Half Leg Roasts
  • Shank
  • Riblets
  • Mince

Neck and Chunk may be included if box weight allows. Due to weight limits we are restricted to 11kg.

From our paddock to your plate, this is as local and honest as it gets. Raised right here on the family farm, by Tara (and Typo, who supervised). Processing will take place here in Victoria, and orders will be shipped directly to you.
