You’ve Watched Them Grow - Now Taste the Cast

These are primeline lambs, the same mob you’ve seen on the channel. We aim for our lambs to dress out at 24-29kg giving you around 16-22kg of lamb - give or take (this is really food, not packaged shit, so I can’t guarantee it down to the gram).

Your whole lamb will be cut up into:

  • BBQ Chops

  • Cutlets

  • Loin Chops

  • Half Leg Roasts

  • Shanks

  • Riblets

  • Mince

Neck and Chunk may be included if box weight allows. Due to weight limits we are restricted to 22kg.

*Note the top lefthand roast is cut into 3 but it will be cut in half for whole lambs

From our paddock to your plate, this is as local and honest as it gets. Raised right here on the family farm, by Tara (and Typo, who supervised). Processing will take place here in Victoria, and orders will be shipped directly to you.
